Mr. Quinn received his Bachelors in Economics from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire and awarded a graduate/teaching fellowship in Economics at Boston College. He earned his Masters in Economics and completed all requirements for his Ph.D., except for the dissertation. He joined the Boeing Company in 1966 and held management posts with that company, taking early retirement in 1996.
While with Boeing, Mr. Quinn was responsible for business planning, sales and marketing, product development, and research and development for company divisions and business development groups. In addition Bob managed the sales, market research and product development for specific product lines and brought those lines from research and development projects to production status. He was also one of the primary developers of one of the first interactive computer planning systems, the Executive Information System, which, after nearly thirty years, is still in use today.
