Mr. Kaercher offers more than thirty five years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, acquisitions & mergers and strategic planning. He served with Litton Industries as Vice-President of Business Development & Strategic Planning, as Vice-President of Program Development (Marketing) at Aerojet Electronic Systems, and Vice-President of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Paccar Defense Systems. He has served on the board, and as Requirements Committee chairman, of the Electronic Industries Association Government Division
Mr. Kaercher received his Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Notre Dame, his Master’s in Business Administration with honors, from Santa Clara University and except for dissertation completed all doctoral work at SCU.
